Career Opportunity - Inbound Sales

Join us in our Massachusetts headquarters and manage in coming leads from product developers and manufacturers seeking mixing technology for product innovation across a variety of industries. 
You must have prior success managing inbound lead-flow for premium priced technical equipment used in a lab or research environment. You must have strong organizational skills leveraging a CRM aimed at qualifying and closing multiple opportunities while building relationships and seeking referrals.  Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to read people and uncover hidden needs as well as the ability to talk money and investment are essential to qualify buyers. 
 We are looking for a self-motivated, team player who is an honest and open communicator. Attention to detail is important to collect and monitor sales data to ensure results and communicate sales needs throughout the organization. Working knowledge of scientific/process equipment or an engineering background with experience selling to universities is helpful but not required.

Career Opportunity - Manufacturing Technician

Join our manufacturing team in our Massachusetts location. This role provides direct labor for the manufacturing and service of high quality high pressure homogenizing systems. Key responsibilities include:
Assemble custom machinery including hydraulic, electrical (basic), and pneumatic assemblies
Minor fabrication of custom parts using a drill press, grinder, and also coning, threading, and bending tubes and other fixtures

Troubleshoot machines issues during assembly and service

Maintain excellent order in production area 

Provide technical support and training to customers

Travel typically 10% of time for customer installations and service

- Strict attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is a plus
- Ability to work well in a group environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to a height of 4 feet and regularly ascend/descend stairs to 
  access inventory location
- Good work ethic, good verbal and written communication skills
- Good manual dexterity
- Technical apprenticeship, Vocational or Associates degree in related electrical
  or mechanical field preferred and job experience may be substituted for
