Sanitary Systems
These systems are designed with the highest regard to cleaning in place and strict GMP and 3A standards ideal for pharmaceutical, biotech and food applications. The in-line flow design virtually eliminates dead ends and crevices. Electro-polished 316SS product contact surfaces cut cleaning and sterilization costs and make sterilization by filtration a realistic option. Sanitary options such as Sanitary Back Pressure Controller, Sanitary Priming Valve, Sanitary Transducers, Sanitary Coolers, Sanitary Electo-Polish are available. Wet end product contact components can be easily autoclaved.

Separation of Process System and Hydraulic Power Unit
This customization splits the DeBEE system into two separate units to separate the processing system from the power unit. This customization is useful for operation in a clean room.

Small Volume Processing
The Small Volume Package enables processing small batches, with volumes as small as of 10 ml. The Small Volume Package includes a small 30 ml inlet reservoir with integral cooling jacket to prevent over heating when the processed product is re-circulated. The reservoir is enclosed by a three-way (3-W) valve, which provides two modes of operation: Recirculation and Discharge. When the 3-W valve is in Recirculation position, processed product from the Homogenizing Cell is directed back to the inlet reservoir, enabling repeated processing. When the 3-W valve is in Discharge position, processed product from the EC is directed to the discharge tube.

Intrinsically Safe Systems

cylinders with a continuous seal flush feature for processing
highly abrasive materials, in an explosion proof enclosure.

Air-Purge Module for Hazardous Environments
- Zone 2 compliant; machine's enclosure is maintained above ambient pressure using an external compressed air supply (requires 15 -25* SCFM at 60 PSI
- Requires 15-25* SCFM at 60 PSI, for initial purging time of 7-20* minutes, depending on selected module
- Includes an interlock system that turns the DeBEE off when pressure within the enclosure falls below a preset threshold
Feed Options
There are numerous feed options available. The feed system below was designed specifically for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and other applications that require large volume processing from a batch tank vessel with an air operated pump to feed product though the homogenizer. Also, the higher flow rates are ideal for CIP uses.
- Polished Stainless Steel Feed Tank with a 20 Liter capacity and a conical bottom connected to the feed pump via a sanitary butterfly valve and a 1" Tri-Clamp stainless steel tube.
- Air operated double diaphragm pump - This pump is sanitary by design with 316 Stainless Steel construction and PTFE diaphragms. The pump's flow rate automatically adjusts to meet the DeBEE 2000's flow rate
- Base plate, Tygon hose for connections to the DeBEE 2000 and Male Adapter for air quick-disconnect
- Air Regulator
- Air Muffler

Our Precision Re-Circulating Feed System: |

This feed system package is for precision product re-circulation which includes the following features:
- Includes Feed Pump Kit (OPT-FP1)
- Two polished stainless steel feed tanks, 30-Liter capacity each, conical (60 o or 90o) bottom, mounted one above the other and separated by air-operated sanitary valve
- PLC program for efficient re-circulation for a distinct number of passes without over-processing to achieve the desired average particle size. Processed product is collected in the upper tank, and released to the lower tank only when the lower tank is empty. This cycle may be repeated until the number of the desired passes is reached, and then the machine automatically stops
- Re-circulation valve enable circulating product in the bottom tank to prevent settling and maintain homogeneous feed stock
- Available for DeBEE 2000 and DeBEE 2000P systems
- The package is complete and ready to use, including all necessary hoses for connection to the DeBEE, as well as pneumatic controls for the feed pump

Digital Pressure Control
The Digital Pressure Control (DPC) is an add-on kit which enables the user to digitally set the processing pressure and time for continuous homogenizing operations. This package:
- Maintains the average pressure during continuous operation typically to within ±1% and the instantaneous variation to within ±5%, respectively, at maximum operating pressure
- Eliminates the need to manually adjust operating pressure as system's temperature changes
