We would love to add a fabulous Service Technician to our Customer Success team! We believe outstanding customer service is a core necessity for a business to be successful. You would be helping our business be successful by working with customers to resolve any problems they may have. We are proud of our excellent service record. Our team works collectively to help our business clients grow, and it’s very rewarding.

You are:

Gifted with a strong technical aptitude, with hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems (hydraulic experience is a plus).
Someone who enjoys solving technical issues and helping others.
Someone who enjoys travel, up to 40% of your time will be spent servicing our customers worldwide.
Highly organized and your habits keep everything on track with nothing dropping through the cracks.
Friendly and polite so that customers and co-workers know you are ready to help.
Detail oriented. You like making sure all pieces are correct.
