Title: Sales Channel Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing our worldwide distributors and representatives to drive company revenues.


  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel managers; directs and oversees policies, objectives and initiatives with partners and agents and both domestically and internationally
  • Identify, recruit and “on-board” new channel partners with the goal of making them more autonomous
  • Coordinate with partners to establish, execute and monitor plans to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Educate partners about products and complimentary services offered
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business and build both short and long term goals. MUST be passionate
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities / Travel required occasionally


  • 2+ years’ experience with channel sales management
  • Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships for revenue growth
  • Successful track record of prospecting, researching, and qualifying targets
  • Exceptional funnel management skills
  • Superior forecasting skills for new business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, organization, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Must be highly motivated, results driven, and willing to do what it takes
  • Top achiever who is flexible/adaptable, creative & able to set strategy plans for key accounts
  • General education or equivalent: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling capital equipment or equipment through independent manufacturer reps or a degree of aptitude selling complex solutions or experience in the science field
  • Expert in managing long sales cycles and trained value added selling
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Formal sales training

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience and contacts selling equipment into the Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Cannabis Industries

Career Opportunity: Technical Services Associate

Experience: 0 – 2 years

Primary functions:

  • Receive and process customer service calls
  • Troubleshoot service issues for hydraulic equipment
  • Participate as technical resource to support client needs
  • Conduct remote installations of lab scale equipment
  • Develop and maintain service log
  • Initiate quotes for repairs/parts
  • Schedule and conduct machine repairs
  • Develop and maintain work instruction documentation
  • Conduct PM’s of hydraulic equipment
  • Execute Validation documentation (FAT, IQ/OQ, SAT, etc)
  • Participate in laboratory product testing
  • Up to 40% travel to customer sites (when safe)


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills: ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and efficiently to a range of customer skill/proficiency levels
  • Hands on experience with electrical and mechanical systems (hydraulic experience is a plus)
  • Attention to detail
  • Candidate must be self-motivated with sound decision making ability
  • Resourceful and able to creatively solve problems
  • Motivated, hands-on, self-starter
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
