Purchasing Specialist

We would love to add a fabulous Purchasing Coordinator to join our team! We believe having timely and accurate information is a core necessity for a business to be successful. You would be helping our business be successful with accurate placement of purchase orders in compliance with our purchasing procedures to ensure parts are in place to meet production timeframes. Our team works collectively to help our business clients grow, and it’s very rewarding. 

You understand:

  • The impact purchasing can have on the bottom line of the organization

  • The importance of purchasing working with other departments to help improve processes and drive down costs

You are:

  • A natural coordinator who will communication with inter-departments and outside vendors when needed for support or problem resolution.

You have:

  • 4+ years’ experience
  • Associates or B.A degree in business, supply chain, purchasing, accounting or similar
  • Knowledge of accounting software, we use Fishbowl
